MATTRESS EXCHANGE POLICY
Mattress exchange policy is applicable to below mattresses sizes only:-
200×200, 200×180, 200×160, 200×120
CUSTOM PRODUCT ORDERS CAN’T BE CANCELLED OR RETURNED
Each custom product is made specifically to your specifications and as a result, your orders can’t be modified, cancelled or returned.
On the order review page, you will have a chance to review your design choices and make changes before you purchase. This is very important because a customized product cannot be returned and your purchase is non-refundable. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT before you proceed to purchase.
Cancellation – Off the Shelf Furniture
1. Cancellation Before Delivery
If a cancellation request is raised and processed before the delivery of your order, 3% will be deducted from the total amount of your order as a processing fee.
2. Return and Refund After Delivery and Installation
*If a return and refund request is made after the delivery and installation of the item, management reserves the right to charge for delivery and installation costs, as well as any depreciation charges. This is because the item is no longer considered new once it has been installed and may have modifications such as holes or other changes, resulting in a loss to the company.
All online purchase returns will be accepted basis approvals from the management
3. Online Purchase Returns
Returns for online purchases will be accepted based on management approval.
The refund process may take between 7 to 14 working days, depending on management approval and bank policies.
CANCELLATION BY SELLER
We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from us. We may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

When you register for or redeem Royal Furniture special offers or other promotions, we may ask for personal information in order to note the success of our programs for future offers. You also may provide such information when you fill out a guarantee card about a product you purchased from Royal Furniture. Or you may provide us with information such as product preferences, reasons for purchasing a product, or family and lifestyle information to help us learn more about your shopping preferences.
